Non existant customer service

The most disgusting service I have ever received from Mtn...Ever! 3 weeks of reaching out, calling, inboxing on Facebook and being told that I my query is being escalated like 5 times. I went 100% on my side to follow up on my online application and all I got was a delayed call a week and a half later from an agent that by the way when the line cut half way through the application, she didn't even have the courtesy to call back. I am a reasonable person, but you really overstepped this time Mtn.
