Non-existant customer service

Seriously, how many emails do I need to send before someone is going to bother to reply to me? ALL I want to know is WHEN is the last debit order going to be deducted from my bank account for my contract that is ending on the 17th of November 2021 for phone number ***. Surely that is not a difficult question. Thank GOD I'm not continuing my contract because your service is pathetic. I want the date of the last deduction because I don't trust you NOT to rob me!
