Non disclosure of information

Poor service. I have multiple poor service received from mtn I recently moved my numbers from contract to prepaid as I ddnt wnt to continue with their contract. So at first was told I had to pay 513 to end the contract of which I dd. Fast forward I bought data separately worth 450r now they taken my data telling me I forfeited it and I wasn't made aware of this information. As I wouldn't have bought data. I tried calling several times with no luck of getting assistance. I have asked for my recordings to be listened to when I canceled my contract. Nobody has responded yet. And they don't even bother calling u. And their service champions are very rude and need proper training
