non disclosure

Yesterday I went to Menlyn to fixed my iphone that has crashed and I was directed to istore of which they told me I will have to pay R200 for re-installation. nobody bothered to tell me that if my phone needs to be fixed I will have to take it to istore and if the contract its via MTN I will be charged for services at istore.
