NON DELIVERY OF SERVICE

So now a year later and a whole bunch of threats later, we are still at it. In the meantime I have settled my account. Now I'm trying to get a final statement out of these people and it's one email after another. This department to that department. I have now paid for a service I did not receive. Basically gave my money to a billion rand company for free, and they don't have the decency to send me any decent correspondence. This must be the worst service provider I have ever encountered. COME ON MTN!!!! TALK TO ME!!!!!!
