Non Delivery of data to my Cellphone.

I requested data (2GB) to be loaded to my MTN Cellphone ( ********** 151) on the 20th September. I normally get an SMS within 15 mins to inform me the data has been loaded. Its 8 days later and I have not received any data. I called on 4 separate occasions to query this matter and every interaction with the Call Centre the matter is supposedly escalated, but nothing is resolved and I am told of a turnaround time which has expired days ago. The latest reference number I received is 1- ********** 3460. What makes me more furious is that I will be charged for the data I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. MTN your service is atrocious.
