NON DELIVERY OF ALL DEVICES ON CONTRACT UPGRADE

<p>I did my upgrade beggining of March at MTN Carlton Centre which was a package deal for a J1 Mini prime that comes with a 32 inch Samsung tv and the Store manager (Nompumelelo Buthelezi) together with the Regional Manager ( Gaobusi Morule) that was assisting me there processed everything and adivsed me that the TV will be delivered within 7 days</p> <p>A month later they told me that Samsung said they are no longer issuing TV's on the old promotions as they do not have stock</p> <p>3 months later in May they are still saying that they are busy with the reversal of the Upgrade and that the contract will be cancelled and i will no longer be billed for it.</p>
