Non delivery

Had excellent service from Michelle and Nelson on our new contract, only to have the whole thing blown out of the water by DSV Couriers. Our cellphone was sent to Port Elizabeth instead of Cape Town, and there it sits. It was supposed to be redirected last week and has not moved!!! Unacceptable!! We are paying for something we have not yet received!!!!!
