Non compliance for requested statement

I am under debt review and (unfortunately) but are doing my best to pay my accounts according to my granted court order. But to pay my bill and get it paid up I cant seem to get a detailed statement from MTN. My debt counselor and myself tried all options for this. PHONE CALLS, A BRANCH VISIT and E-MAILS <br> <br> A***
