MTN SA excludes South Africans citizens from job opportunities claiming that they are unskilled for the job. Yet the company was built by South Africans and developed into Africa's conglomerate network provider. SA has over 60% youth unemployment rate and more than 28% of those are graduates. This is as a result of employing foreigners in higher positions, they have repeatedly employed fellow foreigners in non-scarce skills jobs over SAns to curb poverty in their respective countries. Foreigners aren't good for a developing country like this, we need to develop our own citizens to lead our organizations. MTN should refrain from breaching our Immigration Act 13 of 2002.
