Non Authorised Subscriptions
Every day new apps are put on my MTN account without authorisation, a message just appears on the phone saying Thank You for Subscribing, I have not subscribed to anything and am getting charged !

Kindly note that you are unfortunately liable for this service as .co.za.co. Also note that we do not have agreements with these companies as the billing solely gets traced back to the fact that you have registered for the service with your MTN number.
Content Charge is a commercial SMS by a company with the intention of selling you a product or service. Once you subscribe or reply to any of these you get charged for the information you receive from them. The content providers charge us for the content you purchase and we pass the charges onto you. The registration thereof is completely voluntary. Any proof of subscription or refund is provided by the content provider directly to you.
Kindly note that the content providers charge us for the Content you purchase on the internet and we pass the charges onto you. These charges will either be added to your next invoice or will be deducted from your Pre-Paid Balance. Please note we have sent a request to unsubscribe you. Your unsubscribe has been logged as #***.

MiraNet_EBB_01
Basebone
MTN do not credit the account for this charges, please contact the content subscription service to assist you with the proof and any credits/refund due .
