<p>I've asked MTN nicely on several occasions to remove an entry on my listed services stating I'm not RICA compliant - to be removed as I am compliant according to their own admission & web page. I even got a reply after I complained on Hellopeter from Nompumelelo REQ: ********** / it never happened and I'm still waiting 2 months later - your customer service is extremely poor</p>
