Thank you Nolubabalo Mathandabuzo for the excellent service. You were polite, patient, and friendly on the phone. You also explained the process very clearly to me. I appreciated your very timely replies to my emails , which are also clear and written in a lovely tone. I have not often experienced good service from MTN (and never from Pinnacle insurance) so this was a very pleasant surprise.
