your reference ***, please note my phone is still at CNA Gateway ,sent to your warranty department for assesment. they wont even look at the phone . when i gave the phone in ,it was still on warranty i payed R2000.00 for the phone not the box . after purchasing the phone i started having problem with the phone , reported it to cna -mtn phone department ,also took it to mtn -gateway ,i was notified at mtn that these phone do have software problems . i could not receive or make calls always freezing up .and when charging its heating up , its now a month that i am without a phone,i do not want my phone repaired its still new , I want a replacement. or give my money back.
