Noisy cellphone mast in our area

MTN erected a cell phone mast in our area. It is very noisy and unbearable. At night we are subjected with a humming and buzzing sound from their tower. It is also difficult to contact them as their emergency number 083182 does not accept ordinary numbers to call them. We always wait for the technicians who regularly visits there and we were told that their machine does not have aircon but uses fan to cool down hence the noise. To start with MTN never conducted community outreach when erecting this tower and now we are subjected to this unbearable noise especially at night.
