Noise pollution from Generator at Cell phone tower

Sutherland High School located in Eldoraigne X23 has a Cell Phone tower on its ground very close to Willem Botha. I stay in Eldopark Estate adjacent to this tower. The issue is that a generator has been connected to the cell phone tower control room and has been running continuously since Sunday and the area is not experiencing a power outage. The noise from this generator is unbearable especially at night and is unacceptable
