Nobody response, cares or do something about problems at MTN

This is the 3rd week that the tower in Bathurst is giving problems and nothing gets done not even response from MTN. This leaves me and other customers to use other networks, I'm thinking to completely migrate to another network as seems our complaints just falls on deaf ears or promises that never gets kept. So sick of this.
