Nobody Answers The Call Centre

MTN is one of the worst companies in South Africa that I have dealt with. Please see my previous complaint.

I tried to port my number to another provider but this failed as I was advised that my number first needs to be converted to a prepaid number. I went to a MTN store and was advised that only the call centre can help me. This is absolutely absurd as I use to go to Autopage before they closed and they helped me with any queries in the store. I tried numerous times to phone the call centre but nobody picks up. MTN I am screaming at you for help!!!!! Your service is totally unacceptable. Can you please convert my number to a prepaid number asap. so I can finally be rid of such a company with ridiculous bad service. I am unable to get any help from you.
