no words to describe this waste of time idiots

being a loyal customer of or from 2003 I am being treated so badly as a customer after doing upgrade you get sms with query reference no's from all angles I got 23 now opened by no 1 can give any feedback. when u send emails coz I sent 26 I get 15 different persons replying with same pathetic excuse sorry for delay & convenience like all are trained to work like idiots. facebook messenger is the same different idiots reply but no solution if anyone wants a new contract or upgrade please look elsewhere coz these people working at mtn are a bunch of ****S
