No words can fully describe the sheer ineptness of MTN - its mind blowing!

After using home LTE for more than 2 years and having the most horrific experience of cancelling and/or upgrading after the contract expired (make no mistake the debit orders kept on coming) I wanted to renew with these disorganised nimrods just because they have the fastest speed on offer.

Today at the store they claim my area 'isn't covered'. I mean how on earth???
