Impossible to report ********** activities on MTN Call Centre #135. No selection to report *****, query upgrades made by their outsourced service providers (OSP), etc. and cannot speak to a consultant. OSP upgraded 2 contracts and provided a call centre number: ***. Reference numbers sent via SMS- but these are not in the correct format and cannot be traced..! Impossible to report to MTN or on the said call centre.
