No way to help

I have been trying the entire day to change my debit order date. I can't do it because I am not receiving otp from MTN. They come 45min after i put down the phone. Customer service cant transfer me to anyone that can assist and keep saying someone will phone me to sort out that also doesn't happen.

Line should be called sorry we can't assist and not customer service
