No upgrades possible

Couldn't do upgrade in store because no stock. Did an upgrade online and received email that upgrade was approved and phone will be delivered. No communication at all. Phoned several times, emailed, messages om messenger and no answers. Eventually got message that upgrade has been canceled. Managers are clueless, call centre clueless. Attitude from manager is basically go to the competition if you are not happy.
