No upgrade phone - ID NUMBER ***.MTN & Autopage passing the buck

<p>No upgrade phone - ID NUMBER ********** 055086.. 20/06/2016</p> <p>I am extremely disappointed with MTN's service levels. Despite the numerous phone calls I make to the customer call centre my problem has still not been resolved since February. In February this year I telephonically upgraded my package and was told I would receive a new phone. The upgrade was done and I am being charged monthly for it but the phone has not yet been received nor dispatched to me. I have also e-mailed the customer service centre on the 25/05/2016 querying the whereabouts of the phone and to date I have not had any response to my e-mail complaint nor my telephonic requests. Received a response from Zukiswa on the 21/06/2016 to advise that this matter has been escalated to the Autopage Helpdesk for resolution. That they will investigate and revert back to me with feedback and a way forward. It is the 23/06/2016 and have still not received any feedback nor resolution. PLEASE!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
