No upgrade
I was asked to come in for an upgrade over a month ago. Upon going to the store I was informed that they don't have stock of the phone I wanted (Huawei P7) due to the strike and no one working at the warehouse. I was told that they will contact me once they get stock. In the mean time the strike ended and still no phone. Now that phone is not available this month! But I keep on getting sms messages to come and upgrade!
