NO UPDATE FROM MTN ON MY ACC Again

<p>Hi recently i had posted about mtn and their bad service,my account was handed over to their legal department,and after time and time again eventually they did sort my acc out.But guess what they removed my acc from thier legal department but fail to update my credit score or ITC.Now i am being effected by this and cannot get finance.IS this the level off service we get from oir service providers gosh.i call the call center and the consultant told me once again there is no way to get hold off the legal department other then emailing.Will really appreciate if i could get help to resolve this urgently.</p>
