No travel voucher

I upgraded to a Samsung galaxy S8 + on 24 Dec 2017.. in order to qualify for a travel voucher . To date having gone to the shop and being told to check in Samsung rewards.. but there is no voucher available.. time is running out after lodging this on more than one MTN platform late last year.
