No transparency and they misinform to get sales

I got a month to month wifi plan for R295 in April . On the first of May they sent an invoice totaling to R885 per month with extra costs and two months in advance and when I enquire about that they refuse to assist me. I sent emails to the requesting to pay the R295 I was told about and they agreed, only for them to debit my money and switch off my wifi a week later... I will never ever recommend Mtn to anyone, they have no Customer care at all.
