NO Transparency
Dear Mtn<br> i have noticed a change in my debit order amounts every month, small but a increase , unjustified, because my contract is capped, please explain? is this the reason why you are not providing me with statements? i believe by law (NCA) i should be recieving one, detailing my account. If possible please email my statements to me.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Kindly be advised that the contract pricing were revised effective from the 13th of May 2015 and applicable to both existing and new contract subscribers. MTN reserves the right to review and update contract pricing as per MTN's subscriber contract.
Your account is still capped, you were billed for the monthly subscription for both lines.
Unfortunately I could not get hold of you on your number as we need to do security checks before doing any changes on your account. Please may you contact 808, in order to be assisted with changing the delivery method to email.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
