No telephone, but keep paying us
I took my telephone in to the Sasolburg branch on 2 Feb 2016 for repairs. Up to now (nearly three months later), I still have not received the phone. After numerous attempts to find out what the progress on the phone is, I still have no answer as to when or even if I am going to get the phone back. In the mean time MTN is just too happy to collect my monthly installment. If this is your attitude towards your customers MTN, count me out as a loyal one. You should actually be sued for false advertising...

03 May 2016, 10:12I have spoken to a lady at the MTN head office, sent mails to the customer care center and sent mails to the HVRC department. All of them promised to give me feedback, but I have not received anything from any of them! I am now three months without a telephone and no-one at MTN seems to care.
