NO TECHNOLOGIES FOR THIS CELL COMPANY

I called the head office call cnt 083135 to renew a data contract, am told it was upgraded in Jan 2019, but there is not name linked to who did the upgrade ,

I requested to get the info from the Store where the upgrade was done, Head office at the click of a button cannot send the query to the store manager , I insisted and got a reference number , the agent who answered the call has to now go to his supervisor to get the details to send the query to the store manager ,

Hmmmm, not sure if it will be done
