No TCF here!
I called in this morning to get assistance with my new contract
The lady (which I so regret not getting her name) that I spoke too was so rude and told me her system is down and currently cannot assist me!? When I asked her to give me a call back once its back up she told me she's not allowed too.
Now I have call centre experience and I know that even though your job description is "Inbound call centre agent" you can make "Outbound calls" when clients request it. To me this is honestly horrible service from MTN I was so excited to join and now not so sure, anyway I need someone to contact and assist me!
