No tablet with s21 fe even though the website says so
I app**** for a contract from their website recently the Samsung galaxy s21 fe. On the website they say that a free tablet (tab a7) is included in the contract, but I have not yet received the tablet even though I already have the device. I contacted them about this but I received an sms stating that my dispute has been found invalid.
Don't be fooled into applying for a contract thinking you'd receive all the additional devices mentioned, because at this point I don't trust them to deliver as they promise.

Comparing the scree nshotw you'll see that even though both these plans have the same price for the same duration, they removed the tablet from one of these plans.
I chose the plan with more data, hence not recieving the tablet. I still feel this is a rip-off because there is literally no reason not to include the tablet with this plan jsut like with all the other plans.photo_***.jpg 47.15 KBphoto_***.jpg 46.98 KB
