no Tablet received a month after contract was renewed, MTN is dissapointing

I have renewed my MTN tablet contract on 12 December at Upington MTN in Kalahari mall. They did not have the tablet in stock i wanted, but completed all the paperwork and said the tablet will be delivered to me. Today it is the 13th of January 2021, i have received nothing. I have called the MTN shop a few times now, every time they take my number and say they will call me back. I have called 135 a few times, kept on line for 45 min at a time, but they cannot help me. I have send emails, they just tell me that they cannot find it on the system. Last time i called the MTN shop, they said the system indicates that it is being send/in transit. Now, it is more than a month later. I am so so so dissapointed. No one seems to know what is going on or can help me. MTN is not the best anymore,
