NO SURPRISE, ISSUE AFTER TWO MONTHS STILL NOT RESOLVED

<p>Well, no surprise.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even after my complaint posted on the 13th of July and a reply to say:</p> <p> </p> <p>Official business reply on the 14th of July:</p> <p>Thank you for your post</p> <p>We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience that you have experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.</p> <p>We will engage with the relevant department dealing with these matters to investigate and advise accordingly.</p> <p>We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating and hope that we can restore your faith in us.</p> <p>Kind Regards<br /> Siphumezo<br /> REQ: **********</p> <p> </p> <p>My problem is still not resolved…</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried to contact numerous other numbers, including the head office and the Gauteng Regional office and guess what? They don’t even bother to answer the phones.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I get a call from the store where we handed in the phone to be repaired to let me know I must collect the phone it was sent back to them. On my question as to why it was sent back the notes said “No reply on SMS’s” Really? How many times should one call, sent e-mails, complain on public forums, etc to constitute a “reply on a sms”?</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve sent in my cancellation request for my one contract that is due for an upgrade therefore eligible to be cancelled. The rest will follow suite when they are due for cancellation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had it with this pathetic company.</p> <p> </p> <p>But I still want them to explain to me how my query that’s been ongoing for more than two months are still not resolved. Or at least they can have the decency to answer their phones…</p> <p> </p> <p>Good buy MTN and good riddance…</p>

Well done on your stupid reply, MTN...

If you read the full message and my previous complaint, you will notice that I have contacted the repair centre probably a thousand times and the *********** useless human beings employed there could't assist. How many more e-mails should I send to the repair centre before I get a response?

Don't bother, I will take it up with the Cosumer Protection Coucil, Carte Blance, Social Media, the Ombudsman and anyone else I can think of...
