NO support from MTN - Breach of Contract Unresolved Issue Over 2 months

Not resolved & no feedback - Third report on Hello Peter -Cellphone Number not available when dialed from certain landlines numbers. Have been contacted by MTN (Alice van der Merwe ), who promised me the technical department would call me and still after a further 2 months the issue has not been resolved. I'm paying for a service that I cannot fully utilize. Very Disappointing & frustrating!!! Why wont MTN help me and provide a service that I am paying for??? This is a breach of contract. I want to be reimbursed for this. Please can a senior manager contact me as I now will continue to escalate this, till this is resolved.
