I purchased a MTN Steppa 2 mibile phone. I have been trying to buy a screen protector and a cover ever since but was allways told there isnt any. <br> Today I took my phone to MTN just to find out that they discontinued the phone due to BAD PRODUCT. I cant repair the phone because there isnt any spares. <br> HOW CAN A COMPANY SUCH AS MTN SELL A PRODUCT AND NOT GIVE ANY SUPPORT ON IT. HOW DO I FIX MY R1000.00 PHONE. <br> The product isnt even 1 year old.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
For repairs the phone needs to be booked in at an MTN shop, it will be taken to our repair centre. They will be able to assess your phone and provide feedback.
