No supply of prepaid simcards
I went to MTN in Waterfall Mall Rustenburg, stood 3rd in the que from 15:40 untill 16:25 before being helped. Employees were not in a motivated mood to help clients and worked on a slow pace. Getting to the employee I was informed they no longer keep Prepaid Simcards, they only do contracts and contract simswops. I asked where I can get a prepaid sim, but the answer I was given is \Not sure if you will get that in Rustenburg". This sim was for my partner that is currently residing in a small town with mostly MTN reception. Now we are unsatisfied and will stick it out with another network that appreciates someone using a phone for business purposes...<br> <br> The store also looks disorganised"
