no summer data
i have taken a 30gb contarct with mtn on promo with the online shop and have had endless issues before i even became a customer. i queried my data when i initially got my contract and was told i am on the R199.00 for 30gb however today when the new data comes in i onl get 5 gb i have received an email from kagiso monyatsi complaints division but she seemed of no help and only complained of she can't contact me i have sent her my details and have received no constructive feedback.
