No stock!Time waisting

I went on sunday to 2015/05/03 to open a new contract.We spend almost 1 hour doing the paperwork and at the end she said we dont have stock i must come back during the week.i phoned them 3 times during the week to find out what is going on because i did not receive feedback.on friday 2015/05/08 i phoned yet again to find out whats going on.She told me that my phone was ready for collection.she phoned me back 30min later and said that the device was requested back by MTN due to the hole device batch had problems.i went back to the store on 2015/05/09 to find out what is going on.A different lady helped me had another excuse that they have not received stock for a while now on that device.The lady who helped me said to me that i had to drive to every MTN store in pretoria to find out who had devices in stock.i drove to 3 stores to find stock and nobody had and cant say when they will receive stock.
