No Stock On Sony Phones at branches

So i was due for an upgrade on the 1st of November 2017, downloaded the November 2017 Yellow Trader from MTN Website and decided i want to upgrade to the Sony Xperia XZ1, later that afternoon i went to the Vaal Mall Store to do the upgrade, just to be told that they do not have stock on the Sony Experia XZ1 and they cannot tell me when they will have stock again, yet MTN advertises the Sony Experia XZ1, next day i went to the other MTN store in Vanderbijlaprk, which is loacted in SW5 at the Riverside Boulevard Centre also same story, NO STOCK on that phone, and dont know when they will get stock, i then visted the Meyerton, Three Rivers and Sasolburg Store, so my question is, why do they advertise mobile phones that they do not carry the stock on? It is now the 6th of November and still no stock. I have been with MTN for quite a while and i really do believe that is unacceptable. Oh yes I also tried to contact MTN Direct to try and do the upgrade via them but after 25 minutes of holding and not being able to speak to anyone after being cut off twice i gave up, i mean really, what is the point if this is tge service we can expect from a Service Provider, i have had insurance claims for a house burglary settled quicker than it takes MTN to provide stock to their stores. Pathetic.

Dear Valued Customer,

We apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced with our stock issues. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.

We have introduced new systems with a view to improve services- these have led to our customers having to wait for their consignments much longer than what the process permits. We have reverted back to the old system to correct this error to restore services due to our customers. This may however take a bit of time to resolve.

We apologise immensely for this incident and the service you have received from us thus far. Do note that we are actively trying to resolve this matter and your patience is highly appreciated while we correct this shortcoming.

Regards

Thank for the response Mike, although i truly believe that this is a corporate "Copy and Paste" response that MTN uses for all complaints of this nature. If it wasnt, you would have mentioned something regarding the MTN direct Contact issue. There is no real Concern for me as a public consumer, just as long as i pay my account right? I have read reviews today of customer waiting up to 3 months or longer for the same issue to be resolved, so your claims that a system is at fault i believe to be nonsense, and at this point i would rather wait until my 4 contracts has gotten to the end of their term so i can take my business elsewhere, because MTN obviously has no real concern for their consumers.
