No Stock on bundled goods with Contract

Early September I upgraded my contract at the Pavilion Branch where Pat assisted me. Very nice lady that was friendly and helpful where possible. Unfortunately the bundled goods that was to come with the phone was not in stock but i was told that the stock will be delivered by a Supplier in the next few days. 2 weeks came and went and nothing was delivered. When i contacted the store i was told that the goods were actually a bundle from MTN and the stock has been ordered and will be in store by the Friday. That would be the 29th September. Last week i was contacted by Pat and told that now they do not now when the stock will arrive and i will be contacted again with an update. No update yet. It is now 1 week later and i still have not received any goods, phone call or not even a date range i could expect the goods. I am a planner for a retail company and to say that you don't know when the stock will arrive is just not a fair response. I have been more than patient for the last month but now i expect an answer as to what will be done to get me my stock and a definite date.
