NO STOCK OF ROUTERS

Walked into two of your stores in the Mall@Carnival and both have no Home Lte routers in stock why is that you advertise but no stock that is available... UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! IF YOUR STORES DONT HAVE STOCK THEN WHY ARE THEY OPEN?.
