No stock of advertised phones

We have been waiting more than 5 weeks after a phone was ordered as part of an upgrade. The excuse we get every time we inquire about it, is that MTN has no stock of the Samsung A3 and A5 - how come it was in the April MTN book as possible phones to upgrade to. This is unacceptable!!!!
