No stock , no service , no activation , no nothing!!!

I honestly don't know why I'm doing business with you guys. Everything seems to be an issue, from your statements saying I am in arrears (where I have clear proof of all successful debit orders ), to not being able to source my products on more than one occasion of things that currently advertised within your booklets, from you guys taking today third day on activating a 5G product. You guys are worse than Rain & Cell C combined. Perhaps I should go to Vodacom, maybe they will be more on the ball than you guys. I'm utterly disgraced by the service you are offering (even the consultant claim it's out of her hands). No one can ever take responsibility, you guys are pathetic!!!
