No stock for upgrades

I've been trying for 30 days to get my 2 contracts updated. I've tried 2 physical stores, and online, and the deals advertised in the yello trader seem nonexistent. The stores never have stock, and the clerks never know when the stock will or wont arrive. The online upgrade process only offers limited options, and half the adverts advertised aren't even available. The new yello trader comes out tomorrow, so I will try again, but I'm seriously starting to wonder how valuable my business is.

Stock will be ordered first come first service in the upgrade time.

The store will not know when the new stock will arrived unless they send a request to the stock controllers for assistance.

Reviewer Update
Hi, Thanks for getting back.
I see there is a massive gap between what corporate says, and the way the stores interact with the customers. I don't know if the clerks in the stores simply choose not to inform customers of the order process, but when I made inquiries I was given a basic "no stock, sorry" instead of a "we don't keep stock so I will have to order what you want" or some other alternative.

What I wanted is to be able to walk in, sign some papers and walk out with my upgrade, new device and a smile. Now I'm forced to go back multiple times to complete what should be a simple process, and I'm genuinely questioning whether I still want to upgrade at all.

When your retentions and corporate department get back to me, I will gladly go through all the issues I've been having. I'd also like for them to check why nobody has responded to my online query from last week yet. Surely my message went somewhere?

On a side note, the branch I was at on 30/11/2019 who were also unable to assist me had 4 families of unhappy customers walk out in the 7-10 minutes I was in the shop. Judging by my experiences, and those of the reviews I read on this site, I would strongly suggest that you take a good hard look at how the stores are interacting with the customers.
