No Stock!

I app**** for an upgrade on the 30 January 2020 at MTN Vaal Mall store for an iPhone 11. I was told to wait 5-10 working days for the phone, however there is still no stock. I have contacted the store on numerous occasions, and they always tell me that there is no stock at the shop nor at the warehouse and there will be no stock anytime soon. I spoke to customer service via the telephone, email and Facebook messenger and they told me that due to the corona virus there is no stock in SA as the iPhone stock comes from China. It's been more than a month now, how can MTN allow customers to sign up for contracts were the phones will not be available for a while knowing full well that our contracts are going to end soon. This is unacceptable behaviour!
