No Stock at MTN again....
Saw the February deals for laptops MTN has been advertising. Decided to order the HP 15 which will work for my business purposes. As my old one packed up.
After ordering I was informed that there is no stock availibe of HPs or Lenovos in SA and must be imported after phoning their "sales divition" who know nothing of follow up, and areally completely unable to phone the warehouse.
Even speaking to MTN's head office just basically shrug it off and say "sorry sir we don't know when/if we will be receiving stock"
A deal that's for February and it's nearly MARCH and still no stock?????
I've spoken to several National Sales Account Managers who've been procuring items for multinational companies say it's impossible: "deals are negotiated 4 months in ADVANCE with stock commitments signed as well".
Now my business is standing still while waiting for MTN to do WHAT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN DONE.
