No stock as per promotion booklet

I was due for an upgrade in September of this year. At the beginning of the last week of August I went to your branch in the North Cape Mall. They ordered the stock I required for the upgrade. Then the branch got ****** and I had to move over to the Diamond Pavilion Mall. The lady that helped me there was friendly through out the process. She had a Galaxy S8 Plus but couldn't give it to me without the Samsung J5 Pro. She looked every where for stock. I then changed my order to the Huawei P10 Plus with tablet. It was ordered from the depot itself. Today it is the 5th of October. I have not received any phone yet.

My company has been with MTN for many years and I am not used to this kind of service from them.
