NO STOCK AND UNTRAINED STAFF AT MTN MAKHADO LOUIS TRICHARDT

I am posting this on behalf of my mother in law who has been a loyal MTN client from 2001. Very loyally she has upgraded ever two years and she has had no issues with MTN up until now. On 5th of MAY 2018 my mother in law went to upgrade her contract at MTN MAKHADO MALL in LOUIS TRICHARDT where she was assisted by PRINCE who works for MTN MAKHADO. She was told by PRINCE that with the upgrade to the SAMSUNG GALAXY S9 she will receive the new S-Gear watch. He informed my mother in law that her watch will be at the MTN MAKHADO store on the 10th of May 2018. When she arrived there on the 10th Prince told her that they will be there by the 12th of May 2018. When she arrived there today neither PRINCE nor the BRANCH MANAGER was anywhere to be found and she was informed by another "person" who did not want to disclose their details that it usually takes 3 - 4 weeks for the stock of the S-GEAR to reach the shop. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and we sincerely request that this matter be resolved by CLOSE OF BUSINESS on TUESDAY 15th of MAY 2018.
